Whitespace Yoga Studio – based in the heart of Stony Stratford in Milton Keynes – is an experienced yoga teacher training centre, with an expert Teacher Training Faculty who provide exceptional yoga training courses and workshops for your Yoga Teacher Training journey.

As well as offering one of the UK’s top Yoga Teacher Training course, we also host inspiring and technically brilliant teacher workshops, course and events at our yoga teacher training centre – continuing to help teachers develop, grow and feel inspired.
Our beautiful yoga & wellbeing studio is located in a stunning 17th-century building full of character tucked away in a peaceful courtyard just off of the high street. The studio is perfect if you’re looking to complete your training outside of the hustle and bustle of big cities, such as London. The quiet environment gives you a learning space for reflection and will leave you feeling refreshed and energised after each session.
Stony Stratford is a small town rich with history and charm that dates all the way back to 1194. Being a market town historically on the important route from London to Chester, it quickly became a prominent stopping place thanks to its coaching inns where travellers would rest and exchange routes. Today the town still has its old charm and is still full of character. Boasting an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, you won’t be short of somewhere to choose lunch or dinner from!
The yoga training centre is conveniently located with just a short commute from Milton Keynes centre and surrounding areas. The studio can be accessed from the M1 and A5 with plenty of free parking options nearby – so you can park up stress-free before attending your workshop or training. Alternatively, if you don’t drive there are regular trains which travel into both Milton Keynes Central and Wolverton stations – both of which are just a short taxi journey from our yoga training centre.
Each of our yoga teacher training courses are competitively priced, with both early bird and payment plans available. If you book your desired course more than 3 months in advance you can select to pay the early bird price saving you up to £100, or you can choose to split your payments and spread the cost.
