We Demonstrated How to Stay Calm and Content, Even When Amidst the Daily Rush

This morning, during the rush hour commute at Milton Keynes Train Station, we demonstrated how yoga and meditation could be the answer for staying focused and motivated at the most depressing time of the year.

With Blue Monday looming next week, and the hustle and bustle of a busy life making it harder for people to stay energised, it’s no wonder the daily pressures are causing people to feel low and fall off the wagon with New Year’s resolutions.

In a bid to show it’s possible to be happy and present in the moment, Heather sat in meditation in the middle of the busy train station; proving the calming technique can be adopted anywhere, even in the middle of our busiest days.

Through Yoga, Pilates and Meditation, we’ve has helped to improve the health and wellbeing of over 6,000 residents in Milton Keynes over the last six years, and continues to do so with a variety of classes each week.

We want to inspire and encourage more people to put their wellbeing back to the top of the priority list, so they can really enjoy their lives rather than just getting through the day. This demonstration is a reminder for us all that, with some simple techniques to calm our mind, we can stay focused on the things that are really important to us.
