WHAT’s INCLUDED IN THE BEGINNER's SPEcIAL

Our Introduction Courses are powerful learning experiences in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do. All Introduction courses are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of the poses and breathing technique You will begin by focusing on the basics, but it won’t stop there. Level 1 is always exciting because in every class you learn and do something new.

We always recommend you take some time to talk with our advisors about which class levels, styles or teachers will be right for your wellbeing goals. We’d love to help you find the perfect schedule for your lifestyle. 

That’s right! When you’ve finished your introduction course, you can choose to start your 14 days of unlimited drop-in classes. The perfect way to try out different styles, find the right classes for you and settle into your regular practice. 

You’ll be given 2 guest passes to pass onto a loved one, or just someone you think could really benefit from some free practice at Whitespace.

We’d like to help get your started – so we’ll even include a 10% discount on purchasing a mat from our shop at reception. 

After finishing your 14 days of unlimited bliss, you can sign up for one of our fantastic memberships and receive your first month for FREE when signing up for a 12-month membership, or 50% off your first month when signing up for 4 month

This course is designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique.

Equipping you with the knowledge of correct breathing, basic postural techniques and the importance of micro-movements.

During this four week beginners mindfulness course, we’ll discuss, explore and practice mindfulness techniques to help you stay focused on the present moment and reduce stress.
