Yoga, movement & meditation has had such a positive impact in my life, and I’ve spent the last 15 years on a personal mission to share the benefits of these wellbeing practices with others.
I love our community here at Whitespace – such a kind bunch of down-to-earth people, doing their best to find connection, peace and a little sweetness in a sometimes frantic world. Seeing these people ‘light-up’ about their life again is what gives me the most joy.
I try to get to classes here often (I LOVE our teachers!), recently exploring Somatics which has been a joyful way to slow down.
I bring a steady presence to the studio, helping to hold our vision at heart and make sense out of what can sometimes feel like chaos. All fuelled by a delicious pot of ‘nuclear green’ home-made soup for lunch (kale, spinach, carrot, leek and cumin if you’re interested!)
