However, we are still streaming our fantastic online classes with your favourite Whitespace teachers, so please check out our new timetable to book as usual.

Stepping outside your comfort zone is challenging for even the bravest of us – the “what if?” question stops us in our tracks and we lose momentum. If you’ve never rolled out a mat before, and think Yoga is only for the super-flexible, Pilates is for the super-strong and Mindfulness is for the super-super, we’re here to dispel the myths and encourage you to take the first steps.
I didn’t hesitate to take out an unlimited membership. I manage 2-3 classes a week, and I love them. I miss the classes when I can’t attend. All the staff are wonderful, very warm and welcoming, and I particularly like the new app. Highly recommended if you’re thinking of starting Yoga.
As a student at Whitespace from opening day one I can only say that my experience has been truly amazing. All the teachers and my fellow yogis have enriched my life in ways which I suspect they can barely imagine.
